El Bizcocho, Guava Birthday Cake Cookie

Inspired by el bizcocho Dominicano, the cake at the center of every celebration.

We took that tradition and baked it into a cookie.

Guava blended into the dough and in the center, white chocolate chips folded throughout, and sprinkles in every bite. Soft, buttery, and built from a flavor that's been at every celebration that mattered.
